Beauty Runs Deep Apprenticeship Forum

We are building out an apprenticeship program to help aid the Beauty industry. The problem is the program can't be created with 20+plus salons to sign-up. The generation next, is full of young girls and boys into beauty and wellness. They will need to understand sustainability in business and they need mentorship while learning. We know many of you salon owners have families and would some of your time back. We want to align local salon /retail store owners with trained and licensed beauty professionals to create a more resilient supply chain.

Our apprentice will be trained in beauty retail, mobile appointment , marketing and managerial skills.

Employers who join will receive an incentive to offset cost for OJT

Employers must agree to hire for 1yr min (required by FDOE)

Min hourly Wage $16-21 hr min 32hrs a week
